Examples

We have prepared a set of examples for you to explore and to quickly start learning how to use the analytics capabilities of SNPsyn.

If you want to re-analyse an example, perhaps by focusing on a subset of markers, run SNPsyn and submit the tab-delimited data file for the example. Please, unzip files before uploading to SNPsyn.
