What is SNPsyn?

SNPsyn is an exploratory gene interaction analytics application. It helps you discover and quantify the synergy of SNP-SNP interactions in case-control Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) data.

SNPsyn can use one ore more GPUs and Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessors to speed-up processing significantly.

This server uses a dual-core Nvidia Geforce GTX590 GPU with 1.5 GB RAM per core, on a Intel Core i7 3930K 3.2 GHz CPU with twelve CPU threads and 48 GB RAM.
